BodyAge - Nuvita Age
Each Nuvita participant will undertake a comprehensive health and fitness assessment
conveniently administered at your worksite or one of our Nuvita Partner facilities.
Cutting edge technology allows our professionals to accurately measure height, weight,
body mass index, blood pressure, cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and
body composition. The results provide each participant with their current
BodyAge compared to their Chronological age, and also, provides them with a goal
- their Nuvita Age.
The Nuvita Age is the participant's attainable age. It becomes a target to
work
towards, and can be attained by following the Nuvita Personal Live Younger programs.
